The Program Manager Disability Services, provides direction and accountability for an NDIS funded, Day Program for persons with a disability in the Client Services portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that strategic priorities and operational objectives are integrated and aligned in all planning activities and program goals. Developing, implementation and evaluating the range of programs within this portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach and assist direct reports to effectively manage their direct reports.
• Developing, implementation and evaluating the range of programs within this portfolio.
• Maintain and further develop collaborative and effective relationships with stakeholders, peak industry bodies, volunteers, staff and clients.
• Provide effective leadership and management oversight for a dedicated team of professional staff in the delivery of high quality, evidence-based services.
• Drive program growth and development, including evaluation of the range of programs within this portfolio.
• Support strategic and operational planning.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client experience.

Requirements and Attributes

• Relevant tertiary qualification in disability, community services, or related field.
• Highly desirable - post graduate qualifications in Business, Health, or related field.
• Experience in disability service leadership and program management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to innovate and adapt in a changing environment.
