This Operations Coordinator role is pivotal in supporting the works of Parkville Institute improving the life trajectories of young children facing social disadvantage. By effectively managing operations, fostering strong relationships with funders, streamlining administrative processes and supporting strategic communications, the Operations Coordinator directly contributes to the successful implementation of life changing programs and initiatives.

The Operations Coordinator role is critical in driving organisational effectiveness and efficiency as the organisation grows. Responsibilities will include-
As a hands-on experienced operations professional, you will bring strong organisational skills, a natural flair for and proven communication abilities combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You have demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing the operations of a small or medium-sized organisation and are looking for a new challenge.
You have strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
