The Role

We are looking for a data entry master - someone who can manage data entry tasks with speed and accuracy. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Active Ageing team and contribute to our exceptional customer experience.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative and data entry tasks related to client records including but not limited to onboarding and job creation inline with existing procedures and KPI’s. The Administration Assistant - Active Ageing will also facilitate responsive and efficient communication between the Active Ageing team and other internal service delivery teams ensuring relevant information including customer requirements are shared in a proactive manner.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Active Ageing this role will predominantly act as the administration support and data entry specialist for the Active Ageing team and various other TADWA business units as and when required. This position will handle a large number of data entry tasks and enquiries daily and will need to be proactive and responsive in the handling of these tasks.
