FFT-CW is an evidenced based short-term therapeutic program which aims to provide all carers within a family skills and training in family communication, parenting skills and conflict management with the aim being to improve family communication and dynamics, creating positive and nurturing family environments for Children and Young People.
A relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, and/or a related degree in behavioural sciences, with substantial experience in the relevant service stream. Diploma qualifications are suitable if you have experience working with families.
