We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Assessment, Intake, and Treatment Worker to join our team at Headspace. You will play a crucial part in engaging with clients entering our service, providing initial intake, clinical assessments, and supporting them to fully engage with the Headspace program.
Ballarat Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation that’s been creating healthy communities through the provision of accessible, affordable and quality health and wellbeing services for over 45 years. We deliver a range of primary health, social care and community-based support to meet local community needs. We have approximately 300 staff, with seven (7) locations across Ballarat and the Western Region.

Headspace Ballarat supports young people aged 12 - 25 years with mental health, physical health, drug & alcohol, educational & vocational support. All of our services are FREE.
