End User Computing Analyst - Intune

We require an End User Computing Analyst, to work for this well-known and respected Australian NFP. You will ensure their EUC experience is on a continuous improvement path, servicing their wide variety of staff from head office through to in the field (globally).

This is a unique opportunity to be part of something meaningful, to fuse your technical skills with an overall vision of how to deliver and improve tech services to the user base. Nimble and purposeful are the words to describe the tech leadership, and they’re after a person who shares these attributes. They are fully cloud based. We will need you to have strong experience in Microsoft Intune and associated technologies, O365, MDM etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Simplify and automate to improve the employee experience.
  • Ensure global standards are followed consistently.
  • Analyse and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Perform ongoing security reviews, including AD user access reviews.
  • Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues, proactively researching when required.
  • As part of the tech team, be prepared to troubleshoot when required.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, help us achieve more.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A proactive nature, someone who genuinely enjoys seeing technology work.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the End User domain with Intune.
  • Ideally multi-country support experience, if not, then multi location.
  • Strong Microsoft technologies experience.
  • Great communication skills, a team player who enjoys the work.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks.
  • You will need to be a Permanent Resident and reside in Sydney for this role.
