Carinity – Bunderra has a vacancy for an Assistant Coordinator Client Services to join the team on a Full time basis. In this role you will provide support and assistance to the Client Services Coordinator including day and overnight respite programs, learning and life skills development, community access, and in home support.

What do I need for the role?

  • Certificate IV in Disability Services or similar qualification and/or demonstrated experience in developing, managing and evaluating a disability-based service.
  • Ability to assist to plan, lead, organise and develop a disability service that responds flexibly to the needs of individuals and their families.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients and their families to support the clients to achieve their life goals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, workplace Health and Safety, standards, quality framework, trends and issues relating to the disability sector and their implications for service provision.
