About the role

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Youth Worker works with Young People in the care of On Track to assist in their daily living activities, promoting independence in a supportive living environment. • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and sleepovers.
  • Team player with a desire to ensure quality delivery of service for the young people in our care.
  • Previous experience in trauma informed practice will be highly regarded.
