About the team

Our CPA Dubbo site is an established and experienced team with a strong MDT approach and high level of clinical expertise. Working with a mixed caseload, there a strong team culture that has developed over many years and a really sense of teamwork and collaboration when on site. This role offers tailored flexible working arrangements which suit you/ your family situation.

About the role

Our Physiotherapists engage with clients, families and their support network to optimise the client's function and participation-based goals. Physiotherapists at CPA work within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve client centred outcomes. We prioritise:

  • Client centred goal setting and collaborative assessment
  • Intervention planning and evidence-based therapy provision
  • Client centred review and evaluation of outcomes

Physiotherapists at CPA work across a broad range of areas of practice, including:

  • Early intervention and early diagnosis
  • Complex gait and orthotic prescription
  • Prescription of assistive technology to support mobility and leisure
  • Motor skill development, including specific intervention approaches such as HABIT-ILE and body-weight supported treadmill training
  • Supporting participation and inclusion in sport, recreation and leisure activities
  • Supporting health and wellbeing, Contracture management and postural care, hydrotherapy, pre/post-surgery, manual handling and falls prevention

You will bring:

  • Have membership or eligibility for AHPRA registration
  • Willingness to function autonomously and as part of a team
  • Current drivers' license
