The core function of this role is to manage EGL’s operations and strategic execution and provide strategic advice to EGL’s Managing Principal Lawyer.
You are a seriously well-organised self-starter who brings and maintains order, enjoys solving problems, loves making people’s lives easier and has an eagle eye for detail. You are passionate about supporting a team of lawyers helping our clients and are confident to take the lead on all things operations for a small/mid-size law firm.
You're flexible, love variety and are happy operating at any level. You thrive on being the "go-to" person for operations queries and you appreciate the big picture and balance that with a high level of attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to prioritise your work.
Accounts and Finance
Supervising EGL’s Accounts and Finance function
Informing organisational budgeting process and funding projections
Informing organisational cash flow, accounts, and funding allocation
Oversee financial and other reporting
Administration
Strategic execution
A completed, relevant tertiary qualification
