Originally established to provide a learning facility and therapy support service for children and adults, Hartley has grown extensively to support clients in over 30 homes across the ACT.

An exciting opportunity with Hartley Lifecare is now available for a House Supervisor to support our clients across two locations in their own homes.

The position is 75 hours per fortnight in the following roster:

Week 1: Thurs 9am - 5pm Fri 12:30pm - 10:00pm Mon 6am - 4pm Tues 2pm - 10pm S/O Wed 6am - 7am + 3pm - 5pm

Week 2: Thurs 9am - 5pm Fri 10:30am - 8pm Sat 12pm - 10pm Mon 2pm - 10pm S/O Tues 6am - 7am

This position is across two locations in Waramanga and Kambah ACT.

The ideal candidates will have strong demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in the disability sector, excellent communication and the ability to work hands on alongside their team to achieve positive outcomes for the people they support. It will be an advantage for you to have qualifications in leadership and management.
