The Faculty of Health Science, Community and Social Studies provides a progressive, innovative, and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. We are in search of an exceptional individual to take on the role of Head of School – Vocational Education Nursing Programs, providing both educational and strategic leadership.
You will identify innovative delivery modes for VET nursing and health programs, foster collaborations and partnerships with industry stakeholders, and drive student recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will also include managing compliance with ASQA standards, Training Package qualifications, and funding agreements.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the nursing and health sector, including current and future trends, as well as of the vocational education and training landscape. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong and proven experience in leadership and management of people, students and resources.
