Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a Deputy Managing Lawyer to oversee the daily operations of our legal team based in Dandenong. As a senior lawyer, you will play an important role in guiding and supporting our legal team to deliver high quality legal services. You will oversee casework, court advocacy, and client representation, with a focus on family, criminal, family violence or civil law matters.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior lawyers, facilitating their growth and development under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
