Unison Property Corporation (UPC) is a not-for-profit entity of of Unison that provides management services for Owners Corporations and a Social Enterprise delivering cleaning, gardening and property maintenance services on commercial terms. UPC Social Enterprise also provides a pathway to employment for Unison renters and encouraging our renters to work for UPC is a growing focus for UPC.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Enterprise team is a social enterprise providing commercial cleaning, gardening, and property maintenance services. The Social Enterprise Coordinator is instrumental in coordinating roster and scheduling the Enterprise team to ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery. The SE Coordinator will also work closely with the SE Manager for profit analysis and other reports.

Some of the main duties of the role include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Enterprise Team through the maintenance of registers, documentation of policies and procedures, creating work orders and monitoring and overseeing orders for inventory
  • Coordinating the rostering and scheduling routine of work for Enterprise Team (cleaning, grounds and property maintenance)
  • Compiling data for scoping and utilisation reports
  • Liaising with UPC Finance Team, Enterprise Team supervisors and Social Enterprise manager to ensure smooth operations of Enterprise Team

ABOUT YOU

To make this role a success, we are seeking a person with the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in Administrative duties
  • Previous experience in rostering or job management software/processes would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and team skills, including the ability to work cooperatively and promote a positive approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to problem solve and meet demanding work deadlines with limited supervision
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, maturity, and diplomacy in responding to/and in management of enquiries from staff, customers, and members of the public
  • Possess a current full Victorian driver’s licence
  • Undergo relevant screening checks

ON OFFER

  • Part time (0.6 FTE), Fixed Term (ends 13 June 2025)
  • Salary $71,136 per annum (plus super, salary packaging and 17.5% leave loading)
  • 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% annual leave loading
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 tax free
  • Rostered day off option for eligible staff
  • Supportive working arrangements
