Our team of experienced psychologists, therapists, PBS practitioners and specialist and support coordinators provide support, therapy and learning so that people can reach their full potential. Our staff demonstrate courage, leadership, innovation, and agility in their commitment to providing inclusive and culturally safe services that protect the human rights of all people of all gender identities, sexualities, ages, cultural backgrounds, faiths, and abilities. We also provide clinical supervision, training and capacity building to organisations in the community sector.

The Role:

  • New graduates or experienced psychologists.
  • Board approved on-site supervisors.
  • Fortnightly and group supervision.
  • Training budget for professional development.

Professional rooms

  • Comfortable well-appointed consulting rooms and assessment spaces located in a community precinct in Coburg.
  • On-site receptionist.
  • Sound masking and HEPA air filters in each room.
  • Car parking and access via public transport.

Skills and experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Current and full registration with AHPRA.
  • Registration as a Medicare Provider or eligibility.
  • Membership of APS, AAPi or ACA.
  • Excellent communication skills including; ability to build rapport, case noting, report writing and facilitation of care team meetings.
  • Assessment skills or willingness to learn
  • Cultural awareness and ability to apply and integrate this into your everyday work
