Skylight Programs deliver a range of recovery oriented community mental health services by working alongside people experiencing mental illness, family and friends who care for them, and the broader general South Australian community.

Role Overview

Skylight is keen to recruit a casual Customer Relations Officer to support Skylight service delivery within a customer service position. The tasks may include, but are not limited to, answering first point of contact calls, completing bookings and scheduling for Skylight services, responding to general enquires from participants and members of the community, identifying service needs and engaging in administrative functions to support organisational requirements, all within a fast paced environment. The Customer Relations Officer will be required to build and maintain respectful and compassionate relationships with Skylight participants.

Requirements for Success

  • Resilient – allowing you to move from one call to the next remaining calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace change and strive for continuous improvement.
  • A proven customer centric attitude.
  • Customer service skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management databases would be advantageous.
  • DHS Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.
