Founded in 1989, The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Foundation is the fundraising arm of the RCH, one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals. The RCH Foundation has the vital role of raising and distributing donated funds to the hospital, enabling the very best patient and family care and support, and saving and improving the lives of our sickest children.
Working towards a new 2030 Strategic Plan under a new CEO, the RCH Foundation has ambitious growth and innovation targets, including reaching more donors via its marketing function, and providing best practice donor care via its supporter relations management.
Playing an important role towards our targets, as our Supporter Relations Officer you will deliver excellent service to support our dedicated donors, ensuring their experience with the Foundation is friendly and efficient, and encourages further engagement in the future.
With strong experience in data entry and customer service, you will take great care with every single donor interaction across key touchpoints, including answering and assisting with calls, through to supporting donations during campaigns, creating new regular giving records, updating schedule and payment details, and assisting with donor retention communications.
As a donor-interfacing role, this position is required to work at least four days a week in the office, with the option of working from home one day per week.
