THE ROLE

Amazing opportunity for a Support Worker to join a highly supportive team at Petes Place in Coffs Harbour. In this dynamic and highly rewarding role you will provide on site support to clients and assist in the daily running of the site.

You will be joining a supportive and inclusive team, where you can contribute meaningfully to the community and make a real difference to people's lives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

YOU WILL NEED

• Appropriate Certificate or equivalent experience or currently undertaking tertiary study, in a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills..
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use sound judgement and act appropriately in crisis and emergency situations.
• Ability to maintain an ethical, yet non-judgmental, attitude towards residents and staff, and commitment to this..
