At Windmill, we believe in the power of the arts to transform lives. Across our arts, education and access programs, we are committed to serving disadvantaged, marginalised, and vulnerable individuals, particularly children and young people, through our various initiatives. In addition to creating unique arts experiences for children, we play a critical role in developing pathways and employment for emerging and established artists including those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Outside of our productions, we offer an extensive Education Program, including a range of digital platforms, in-school workshops and resources for teachers. Our Free Seats Program provides up to 15% of tickets free of charge to students from schools that are classified as disadvantaged under the South Australian Government Index. To date, over 50,000 young people have benefited from this initiative.
We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee business administration and financial management of Windmill Production Company incorporating both Windmill Theatre Company and Windmill Pictures Pty Ltd.
