<p>This role is a team lead role responsible for supporting a team of Campaign Officers in answering and responding to fundraising enquiries through email and phone. The role will also assist with other campaign related administration tasks, including data entry and outbound follow up calls.</p>

<p>The allied health administrator plays a key role within Black Dog Institutes neuro-stimulation clinic and is pivotal in ensuring that a high standard of administrative and patient care support is provided to those using our service. This role works alongside a team of researchers and clinicians within mental health, investigating novel treatments for depression and other mental health conditions.</p>
<h3>Skills &amp; Experience:</h3>

<li>Demonstrated experience in medical reception/administration, or similar role.</li>
<li>Relevant diploma or equivalent combination of qualifications, training and work experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability in the use and administration of online systems and databases.</li>

<p>A valued and important member of the Funding and Partnerships team, the Digital Engagement Officer&rsquo;s primary role is to facilitate and oversee the support function for our fundraising appeals, campaigns, virtual events, and other digital initiatives within the institute. These initiatives play a vital role in ensuring we achieve our revenue targets. The role involves curation and scheduling of fundraising campaigns, as well as the creation of content for donor emails, webpages, social media posts, SMS communications, and other communications. The role also supports the development and implementation of strategic supporter journeys, via email, website, and social media.</p>
<h3>About You:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Tertiary qualification in digital marketing/communications or digital content development.</li>
<li>2+ years&rsquo; hands-on experience in a digital focused role, with a strong creative eye for detail.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in generating revenue, preferably in a fundraising context.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in digital disciplines such as social media, email marketing, and SMS marketing.</li>

The purpose of the role is to design, produce, and implement change communications to assist staff and management to adopt new ways of working aligned with the new strategic plan.</p>
