<h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3>
<p>As a member of the Calvary Community Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience whilst at Calvary Community Care. Assist in planning, assessing and evaluating our clients needs with the help of our multidisciplinary team, to promote positive health outcomes.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Registered Nurse provides clinical support to our clients and collaborates with our support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community.&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Attending to clients wound care and clinical needs in the community&nbsp;</li>
<li>Clinical assessments to understand how to assist clients to remain safe in their home&nbsp;</li>
<li>Providing clinical support to internal&nbsp; and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What you bring</strong>&nbsp;</h3>
<ul>
<li>Current AHPRA Registration</li>
<li>Current First Aid Certificate</li>
<li>Recent nursing/clinical experience in the last 5 years or evidence of a refresher course</li>
<li>Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills</li>
<li>Initiative and the desire to continually improve client care</li>
<li>Capability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes</li>
<li>Candidates with an understanding of the community nursing sector - Home Care Packages, Department of Veteran Affairs and Commonwealth Home Support Program will be considered favourably</li>
<li>Current COVID-19 Vaccinations</li>
<li>A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation</li>
