<h3>About the role</h3>
<p><strong>This role is a fixed part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week.</strong></p>
<p>As Fundraising Support Officer you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and donor care to supporters, and providing administrative support to the Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications (FMC) Group. This role works closely across the FMC department to provide guidance and support to our donors, helping them achieve their fundraising goals and ultimately our collective mission to raise funds to beat cancer.</p>
<p>You will assist the FMC department to engage supporters on their fundraising journey through phone calls, emails, SMS, and other digital communication methods. You will work with the FMC group to provide administrative support through maintaining data integrity, processing event registrations, assisting with invoice payments, and maintaining reports for donor communication and tasks.</p>
<h3>About you</h3>
<p>To be successful in this role, you must have strong experience in a customer service, telephone support or administrative role, and excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to adapt to adopt contemporary communication methods and digital technology. You will also have exceptional organisational and time management skills and be customer service focussed and compassionate when interacting with supporters and the general public.</p>
<p>Your ability to work closely and effectively in a team to meet and achieve organisational goals is essential. Previous experience working with volunteers, in a fundraising environment and a Certificate III in Business Administration is highly desirable.<br />If you have the passion and enthusiasm to make a difference, then we would love to hear from you.</p>

<p>Cancer Council Queensland is looking for a Reception and Administration Coordinator to join our team.</p>
<p>The Reception and Administration Coordinators will be responsible for managing the front desk reception area and switchboard for Cancer Council Queensland. Providing customer service excellence by being the vital first contact visitors and service users make with the Cancer Council Queensland either in person or by telephone.</p>
<p>The roles will also provide high level administration support to the General Managers of Cancer Council Queensland.</p>
<p>The role is a Job Share Role, Permanent, Part-Time, 30 hours per week Monday to Friday 10:30am to 5:00pm.</p>

<p>A unique opportunity to provide evidence-based psychological interventions and contribute to programs which promote the psychological adjustment of people affected by cancer.</p>
<p>You will be a part of the CCQ&rsquo;s Cancer Counselling Service, delivering telehealth and face to face counselling interventions to people affected by cancer and their families.</p>
<p>This role also contributes to the review of Cancer Council resources and the delivery of workshops and presentations on the psychosocial impact of cancer, including stress and coping, adjustment, managing uncertainty and fear of cancer recurrence.</p>

<p>As the Transport Services Support Officer, you will work to support the daily, efficient operations of CCQ&rsquo;s volunteer delivered Transport Services across Queensland.</p>
<p>In this role you will be the first point of contact for Transport Services and work in assisting a team of Accommodation and Transport Coordinators with various aspects of operations including, referrals, bookings, daily scheduling, volunteer rosters and service coverage.</p>
<p>This role is an essential part of supporting the overall delivery of CCQ&rsquo;s Transport Services, ensuring that cancer patients are supported with their transport needs and requests.</p>
<p>This role is Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week).</p>

<p>To be successful in this role, you must have experience in service delivery, particularly with scheduling, bookings and rostering.
