<h3>About the role</h3>
<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation, by assisting our Lifestyles Management team with their administrative duties. This position will be located across both Allambie and St Ives sites.</p>
<h3>Duties as below (but not limited to)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Providing general administration support and assistance to the St Ives Lifestyles team</li>
<li>Liaising with clients and their families/carers</li>
<li>Maintaining of client information, assessments and records, including assisting with Service Review Documentation, the Client Risk Register and My Mobile Folder.</li>
<li>Maintenance, scheduling and updating of clients in Salesforce</li>
<li>Maintaining staff training records</li>
<li>Assisting with the management of Lifestyles St Ives fleet of vehicles</li>
<li>Assisting the team with WHS compliance</li>
<li>Assisting with special projects as required</li>
<li>Taking minutes of meetings when required</li>
</ul>

<h3>Licenses/certifications required</h3>
<ul>
<li>NSW Driver's License (minimum P2)</li>
<li>Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role)</li>
<li>Current First Aid and Current CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role)</li>
<li>Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role)</li>
