<h3>Role Description</h3>
<p>Marymead are excited to soon be commencing The Revival Program which will deliver services in the Eurobodalla Local Government Area to strengthen community and build social cohesion and wellbeing. The Revival Program will be delivered in consultation with the Eurobodalla community and we are now searching for a <strong>Community Development and Support Worker</strong> to support the establishment and ongoing delivery of the Revival program across Eurobodalla.</p>
<p>This newly created position will deliver a range of services to strengthen the wellbeing of the community including the delivery of groups including social, cultural, physical health and well-being activities, reflecting the diversity of the community and its needs. The position will also work with families and individuals in an integrated model of child and family services to build parenting self-care and relationship skills.</p>
<p>This position is a <strong>part time (3 days / week) on a 3 month contract</strong> to commence ASAP.</p>
<p>The ideal person for this position will ideally possess:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with and engaging with local communities or designing and leading groups. Experience working within a community development framework would be advantageous.</li>
<li>Tertiary qualifications in community development, community services, youth, mental health, education or related fields are desirable however are not essential</li>
<li>Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with strong communication skills</li>
<li>NSW Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>About the Permanency Team Leader position</strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated <strong>Team Leader </strong>to join our Permanency Program. As the team leader you will supervise a team of case managers from an operational perspective as they work with children, young people, siblings, foster carers, birth families and significant others, to support, stable, positive and sustainable permanent placement options.</p>
<p><strong>You will report to the operations manager and will also be responsible for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>providing clients with support, practical advice, education and information</li>
<li>Undertaking assessments and liaising with other internal or external professionals to complete assessments or make referrals;</li>
<li>Undertaking a limited load of complex casework with clients as required;</li>
<li>Ensuring case managers maintain quality case management in line with NSW Out of Home Care Standards, relevant legislation and contractual obligations;</li>
<li>Assisting in the maintenance of client records to meet privacy, confidentiality and security standards, client file audits and transfer of files;</li>
<li>Complete necessary data collection, case notes and reports within required timeframes;</li>
</ul>
<p>In this role you will be supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable team and will have access to a wide variety of trainings and supports to aid professional growth. Marymead also offers generous salary packaging options to increase your take home pay.</p>
<p>The Team Leader position is a<strong> permanent full-time</strong> position based at our <strong>Goulburn office </strong>to start ASAP.</p>
<h3><strong>Qualifications, certifications and security clearances</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Social Work, Psychology or similar</li>
<li>Leadership experience including leading and developing a team</li>
<li>Working with Children Check (NSW)</li>
<li>Unrestricted Driver's Licence</li>
<li>Certificate IV in Frontline Management or similar is desirable</li>
<li>Extensive experience in Out of Home Care will be highly regarded</li>

Marymead is seeking to fill the positions outlined below.</p>
<h3><strong>About the position</strong></h3>
<p>As a Student and Family Wellbeing Practitioner, you will use attachment-informed, strength and relationship-based approaches to work with students and families in a school setting. Further, you will work with the broader school community to foster a trauma informed approach to student welfare in the context of the whole family. The program will provide a flexible model of service which may include short term or on-going individual and family counselling, parenting support and intervention, supported referrals to external services, group work and participation in case meetings and pastoral reviews.</p>
<p>The Student and Family Wellbeing Practitioner will be primarily based in one school in the ACT. The practitioner works directly with children and their families, as well the broader school community. We currently have a <strong>12 month, part-time (38 hours per fortnight) contract </strong>with the possibility of extension. Clinical supervision and line management will be provided at Marymead's head office in Narrabundah. Please note, the Student and Family Wellbeing Practitioner will continue offering a service during school holidays, providing outreach from the Narrabundah office.</p>
<h3><strong>Qualifications, skills and experience</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or counselling</li>
<li>Eligibility for (or working towards) membership with one of the following: AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA</li>
<li>Experience working in a school setting, family counselling qualifications or Circle of Security Parenting training will be highly regarded</li>
</ul>
