Located in Glenside, SA the Business Services Administrator will be responsible for providing the smooth day to day running of the office, being the contact person for the coordination of local site maintenance, safety, events and general administration and reception duties, including providing support to the Facilities Management team.

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting internal and external visitors and managing the core reception function, including directing and managing phone enquiries
  • Assisting in the coordination of property matters, including liaising with contractors
  • Coordinating end to end travel bookings
  • Maintaining of prescribed databases in a timely manner

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be a true team player and meet the key selection criteria outlined below.

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. A minimum of 4 years in an office environment, preferably within the non for profit or health sector
  2. Experience in administration and organisation with a demonstrated ability to work on a number of tasks with competing priorities
  3. Demonstrated reception and ‘front of house’ experience
  4. Demonstrated computer literacy, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  5. Experience and skills in working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Facilities and/or Property management and travel bookings experience will be viewed favourably.
