Located in Parkville, VIC the Marketing Administration will support the marketing team to deliver on marketing requests, campaigns and other marketing needs.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Effectiveness Lead you will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the marketing team to manage marketing requests through the administration of marketing request inbox and project management tools
  • Managing logistical elements of marketing campaigns and projects including the coordination across departments such as consumer engagement, media and communications, and the project management office
  • Working with the marketing team to deliver email marketing, event management and social media campaigns
  • Assisting with the delivery of and documentation for marketing meetings
  • Assisting in the management of the marketing budget through administrative support and tracking
  • Assisting in the day to day running of the marketing team functions as needed
  • Engaging and building good relations with a wide variety of internal stakeholders to facilitate delivery of marketing activity

Key Selection Criteria:

  1. Two or more years’ experience in a similar administration role
  2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  3. Excellent Microsoft excel and outlook experience
  4. Positive and flexible working style
  5. Superior organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience
