The Marketing Effectiveness Lead contributes to the delivery of the Dementia Australia Strategic Direction by supporting the efficient and effective operation and the performance of the marketing department through continual improvement of systems, processes, tools and reporting.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Marketing, you will also be responsible for:

  • Ongoing analysis of the marketing function and data to identify areas for continual improvement.
  • Develop a prioritised schedule of work for continual improvement of the marketing processes and systems, including areas of shared responsibility with various areas of the business.
  • Understand, map and implement processes that support the marketing department to streamline and become more effective.
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders, including the marketing leadership team to implement solutions and improvements.
  • Manage the administrative function within marketing and providing support across all marketing needs.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in a similar role working with marketing teams and marketing tools and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult and collaborate on complex issues and implement continual improvement to serve the needs of stakeholders.
  • A desire to contribute to a team by removing barriers to efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to map business processes, conduct structured consultation, and document and manage projects.
  • A collaborative, enabling mindset with a proven and mature stakeholder engagement approach.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing and/or business at a tertiary level.
