Employment: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Surrey Hills, VIC

This is an unmissable opportunity to be a key driver of strategic direction and operational execution of Able Australia’s growth strategies nationally, including all-round marketing, communications, fundraising, and change management.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will represent the communications function at a senior level to ensure design, implementation, and alignment of our communications and change management initiatives to support Able’s ambitious strategic priorities and support the day-to-day management of the dedicated Marketing and Engagement Team, to continue their longstanding success.

  • An accomplished all-round marketing, communications, fundraising, and change management specialist to help develop and guide the strategic direction and operational execution of our growth throughout Australia;
  • A collaborative, innovative, and results driven mindset, with the confidence to design and execute multi-faceted marketing and engagement campaigns;
  • Inspiring leadership and people skills with the natural ability to listen, learn, influence, and build effective relationships with stakeholders externally and across all levels of the organisation;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver evidence based and informed internal and external communications, reporting and analysis;
  • Unwavering client focus to ensure client experience, engagement, and satisfaction is front and centre, and
