The Program Officer will work closely with Program Directors and the wider ABV team to support the implementation of ABV's programs, in Australia and the Pacific, and the achievement of program outcomes through the provision of administrative, coordination and technical skills. This full-time role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. The position offers flexibility, allowing for work to be done remotely, with the actual number of remote workdays depending on your location.

With over three years of experience in project coordination and office administration, you excel in crafting efficient operational procedures, from project scheduling to detailed logistics.
You have a keen understanding of teamwork and can manage multiple priorities under tight schedules. Communication is one of your strengths, both written and verbal. Your experience in community development, volunteer engagement, and customer service, will make you an invaluable asset to the ABV team in Australia and the Pacific.
