Who we are

Settlement Services International (SSI) is a community organisation and social business that supports newcomers and other Australians to achieve their full potential. SSI draws on its expertise and experience to advocate for the people and communities it serves. Through the work we do, we empower people to change their lives. Through our advocacy and representation, we influence ideas and policy.

  • You will be able to translate the various program's objectives into well-crafted campaigns that resonate with stakeholders.
  • You will identify ways to increase the effectiveness of program's marketing efforts including paid advertising.
  • You will be able to see bigger picture and look for opportunities to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder engagement through your efforts with the various programs.
  • You will be able to work to annual timelines, manage budgets, and brief an in-house designer (and external suppliers as necessary).
