The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is a member-based organisation whose principal role is the training, assessment and professional development of emergency doctors for Australia and New Zealand.

Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting a professional Human Resources Officer to join the Membership and Engagement department. This is a true HR generalist role and offers a great opportunity to play an integral part in supporting the team across the range of HR activities and initiatives.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. You may be a graduate with HR experience or have been working in the HR area and seeking an opportunity for a broad role interacting across an organisation.
You will be self-motivated and highly organised with an ability to meet ongoing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will allow you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner. You will also possess the ability to work autonomously and within a team, have strong writing skills and computer literacy ideally with Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
This is a full time, permanent role.
