The Co-Lead Community Organiser is a three day a week position focused on building a powerful movement across Australia to protect nature and ensure a safe climate into the future and leads a team of high performing organisers across the country.

You will also manage a small number of ACF Community Groups in their growth and development, ensuring you get to inspire and empower communities directly.
You are a committed and experienced organiser who gets joy from supporting your team to build and deploy power in a way that wins campaigns.
