Reporting to the Donor Services & CRM Manager, and working within the Donor Services team in Fundraising, your primary responsibilities include the administration of ACF’s established individual giving and regular giving programs as well as assisting fundraising teams through developing new processes within our CRM.
You understand the importance of good data’s role in success and enjoy making it come to life in new processes.
You can talk to anyone whether they call to update their details or explain the challenges facing our climate and bring your own flair to engaging with donors.
You’re curious and driven by the search for exciting and effective ways to get things done, using your keen eye for detail and efficient time management skills you love meeting tasks head on.
Experience using Blackbaud or similar CRM to create, review and implement new administrative processes is highly desirable.
