What’s the gig?

This is a new role for our team and one we are super excited about! The Donor Relationship Specialist’s focus is to lift and retain our mid-level supporters and accelerate movement to our major gifts and bequests programs by building personalised relationships and applying best practice mid-level donor management strategies. Through collaboration with the Fundraising Team, the Donor Relationship Specialist will identify prospective mid-level donors, develop innovative strategies to engage them that are personalised and consistent with ACF’s narrative, and continually reflect on and tweak the approach to ensure the program is successful.

About you!

You’ve had three or so years’ experience working in relationship management or supporter acquisition roles and you love seeking out and developing relationships with prospective donors.

You are a strategic thinker who is bursting with innovative ideas on how to engage with existing donors and elevate them to the next tier using data and best practice.

You love learning and are constantly looking for ways to refine and build upon your strategy to ensure the program is kicking goals!

Finally, you’re a fan of nature and you’re excited by the opportunity to apply your relationship building skills and fundraising know how to Australia’s national environment organisation and be a part of the solution to the climate crisis.
