Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. About the Role

This includes though not limited to:

  • Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintenance as needed of computer systems and networks
  • Response in a timely manner and in line with internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) to service issues and requests
  • Provision of technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone or other electronic means)
  • Creation and maintenance of accounts for new users o Some repair and replacement of equipment as necessary
  • Testing of new technology as needed o Potential to assist in the up-skill and support more junior staff members

We are looking for

An entry level candidate with a genuine interest in technology support delivery within a business context who can add significant value immediately and grow in experience and knowledge as the organisation matures. Tasks include:

  • Completed or close to completion of tertiary qualifications or equivalent in an ICT or associated business discipline
  • Aptitude in business system technology support, administration and/or reporting
  • Aptitude/willingness to improve skillset in the technology support space and add value to an existing support team
