Achieve Australia has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. The Service Coordinator role will coordinate services and lead practice at a site level, providing supervision, on the ground role-modelling, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to the clients.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role closely oversees client plans to create an empowering and enabling environment for people with disabilities and maximise opportunities for the attainment of personal goals and lifestyles. Through effective leadership, this role will support staff to meet the needs outlined and provide active support.
