About the role

The Voice of Customer Program Lead will lead innovative programs to understand the service experience of clients in disability services and deliver improvements to customer engagement and outcomes.

We are offering a 10-12-month maternity leave cover contract from Feb 2022.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage innovative new program to assess customer experience in a disability services environment
  • Develop new and enhance existing processes, systems and tools to capture customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights
  • Support development and evaluation of new programs
  • Generate insights through customer surveys and interviews to assess satisfaction and engagement with services
  • Manage, mentor and support new team of up to 10 casual staff

  • Strong organisational skills and process orientation to ensure that teams follow new program process
  • Strong communications skills and highly competent using Plain English in written communication
  • Proven expertise in use of online survey applications and Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience working directly with persons with disability and understanding of inclusive design highly desirable
