The opportunity

The Sector Development Support Officer will support the work of the Sector Development team including coordinating training for our members, providing secretariate support for our networks and forums, coordinating careers expos and fairs, and promotion of our events. It is ideal for anyone who wishes to use their administrative, events management and organisational skills.

This role would suit someone who has experience in administration, stakeholder engagement and strong organisational skills. Strong communication skills are also important.

Remuneration

ACTCOSS has above-award pay and conditions as part of the ACT Community Sector Multiple Enterprise Agreement (MEA).

The position will be classified under the SCHADS award as Level 3 or 4, dependent on qualifications, skills and experience of the employee. The part-time wage range is currently $44,417 - $51,228, plus 11.5% superannuation.
