Join a Richmond based advertising and marketing agency with a close-knit head office team who exercise over 20 years’ experience shaping the industry.

We pride ourselves on fostering partnerships with our clients and we are seeking an experienced account manager to help us support our growing client portfolio.

As a full service advertising agency, we work alongside some of Australia’s most recognisable brands in the sports and Not for Profit sectors and run fundraising and advocacy campaigns reaching millions of Australians each year. While we aren’t providing direct services to vulnerable groups, we are privileged to work supporting organisations that do.

In 2021 we helped acquire over 200,000 new supporters for charities across Australia and New Zealand through F2F, Tele & Digital fundraising campaigns. In December we were nominated as a finalist in “Supplier of the Year” category for the FIA Awards for 2022; a testament to the ongoing growth of our organisation nationally and the exceptional work of our head office team.

A day in the life

The role calls for a capable, strategic account manager who is responsible for maintaining the long-term relationships and development of our portfolio of charity partners and sales teams, by ensuring all partnerships receive high quality account management and that key metrics and deliverables are met.

With varied requirements spanning evaluating campaign performance, to identifying new prospects, and presenting high quality business proposals or campaign reviews, this role requires an understanding of the sector, strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail; whilst rising to client challenges, market conditions and parameters set by time, budget and multiple workflows.

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to continuously improve our overall service offering for all stakeholders.

You must be able to articulate your thinking, and present confidently to clients with a focus on service and delivery beyond expectation whilst championing work that is strategic, innovative and effective.

We’re looking for

  • Proven account management experience with 3+ years of experience
  • Solid work history with campaign management or client relationship management, within the NFP or direct sales sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, work independently and maintain successful professional relationships across distance.
  • An aptitude for effectively managing expectations with both internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to generate and interpret numerical data and create senior level management and client reports.
  • Actively engage and contribute to Company culture.
  • Willingness to travel
