About the opportunity 

We are a growing operation and this is a great opportunity to work within a busy, but fun environment alongside supported employees completing work for some of the country’s major brands.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Picking / packing
  • Light assembly
  • Collating and labelling.
  • Small amount of paperwork in line with quality management systems
  • Forklift driving - if licence is current
  • Ensure all AFFORD WHS policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Overseeing small production teams of people with a disability

The role is Monday to Friday 9am-2pm.

About the candidate 

As our Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) strive for quality outcomes for all our clients and customers.

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
  • Is passionate about working in an environment supporting people with a disability
  • Forklift licence is highly advantageous
  • Working with Children Employee check
  • NDIS Clearance
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Strong communication skills
  • A can-do attitude!
