The role:

Reporting to the Director, Policy & Prevention, this permanent full-time role will lead the Program Innovation & Design Team.

You would be responsible for:

  • Developing and coaching a high performing team of thought leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders including co-design and framework development.
  • Identifying funding opportunities and developing proposals that support the design and development of interventions.
  • Developing enduring relationships with philanthropic, corporate, industry, government and other stakeholders.
  • Managing resources and monitoring budgets.

Knowledge, Experience & Requirements:

  • A qualification in a field relevant to social policy, innovation or education (desirable).
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in people leadership across social / government policy, advocacy, innovation, program design and / or program delivery.
  • Prior experience in leading innovation, program design and evaluation.
  • Previous experience in leading numerous projects or initiatives simultaneously, either in the non-profit, corporate, consulting, or public sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong and enduring relationships with philanthropic, corporate, media, government, volunteer, and individual stakeholders.
