For nearly 25 years, national charity the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, now also with Dolly’s Dream, has worked to safeguard every child’s right to live free from violence and bullying. Recognising the dangers children face today are increasingly complex, we innovate, adapt and respond.
The Foundation fosters a culture of respect, enthusiasm and high work standards.
Our team is passionate, authentic and, above all, we are motivated by the important work that we do. We are a small, highly regarded team, valued for our support, responsiveness and expertise.
We have fully embraced the idea of a flexible workforce, and give all our staff the option to work from home where this suits the role.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture (P&C) this is a full time, ongoing role with leadership responsibility for the P&C Coordinator. You would have flexibility to work from our South Melbourne office and/or to work from home.
