Administration Officer - Early Childhood Education

Anglicare Children's Services are leading providers of high quality education and care, by providing support and loving service to children and families, particularly those most in need within our community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as Administration Officer overseeing family bookings and accounts.

One of the primary focus of this role will be managing the waitlist, all booking related enquiries, collaborating with various support agencies and working in collaboration with our family Accounts Manager and Director to ensure compliance is maintained. The other primary role involves greeting families when they enter the centre, you are one of the staff members who sit front of house and welcome new families into the centre. We are looking for a kind, compassionate and friendly person who will assist us to warmly welcome all children and families each day.

The person we are looking for will be someone who has initiative, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, great organisational skills and time management skills and is passionate about supporting vulnerable families through building strong relationships. We currently use Storypark Manage to manage family accounts and bookings, therefore computer skills are essential while experience using Storypark Manage would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Knowledge and qualifications in business administration or Early childhood is considered a bonus.

This position will be 5 days a week and working hours can be negotiated.

The salary range for this position is $25.35-$30.55 per hour depending on qualification and experience, plus 10% employer superannuation guarantee.
