The Junction Youth Health Service is a leading primary health service that offers a flexible and holistic approach to support young people aged 12 to 25 in all aspects of their health and well-being, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or otherwise at risk. The service is part of the core mission of Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT) to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty and disadvantage.
We are seeking an experienced, suitably qualified, and motivated person to fulfil the position of Clinical Coordinator (Practice Manager). The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic primary healthcare to the young people of the ACT. They will also provide administrative and operational support to The Junction Youth Health Service, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery which is aligned with contract requirements.
A degree in health and/or allied health fields, or relevant qualification is desired and an opportunity to additionally work clinically will be considered for suitably credentialed, AHPRA registered applicants. You will have an awareness and knowledge of youth services, general practice, data management and overall quality improvement.
The salary range for this position is negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications.
