About the opportunity

Anglicare is delivering the Permanency Support Program - Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC), as part of the significant Out of Home Care reforms in NSW. In joining Anglicare, this is an exciting chance for you to lead our team to provide trauma-informed, therapeutic care for young people and their families, who have experienced significant adversity.

You will have demonstrated competency in the leadership and development of staff to meet the therapeutic care needs of children and young people as well as capacity to meet the quality, financial, and compliance requirements for the delivery of statutory care services.

What will you need?

Experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and communities is essential, and your graduate degree in either psychology, social work, or related discipline will serve you well. And if you have a post-graduate qualification in business systems management, then we definitely would love to hear from you!
