As the Coordinator, FDV Counselling Services you will lead a team of Counsellors working with children and families who have experienced and/or been exposed to FDV across our Metro locations. You will be responsible for ensuring service quality and practice standards across the counselling services provided from our Mandurah, Rockingham, Kwinana, Gosnells and Joondalup locations while holding a small caseload. You will have a focus on service coordination and integration, ensuring clients receive appropriate services and referrals that meet their needs.
You will support your team and act as an escalation point for any complex clients or client issues, will coordinate serious issues meetings and respond to client complaints. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating case management meetings and will develop and implement risk management strategies.
As a highly experienced practitioner you will provide clinical supervision to counselling staff, both individually and in group settings.
This opportunity is a full time (37.5 hours per week), maximum term opportunity until 24 December 2022.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Drivers Licence and a WA Working with Children Check.
