About the role

We are seeking a competent and professional individual as a Family/Kin Support Practitioner on a part-time or full-time basis.

Implementation of restoration case plans and care orders for children and young people in the Permanency Support Program (OOHC). You will work primarily with families but be required to work collaboratively with foster carers, case managers and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children being restored to their parent/s. The position will support families to increase their parenting capacity and to provide sustained protective and nurturing care for their children, guided and supported by the Senior Permanency Practitioner.

What's on offer?

The salary range for this position is $39.26 - $42.25 per hour, plus 10.5% employer superannuation guarantee. Generous salary packaging benefits are available under Anglicare's PBI status.
