Symes Thorpe Residential Aged Care Home in Rangeville, in the Toowoomba region is looking for a customer focused individual to join the team on a part-time basis. You will use your high-level customer service skills to provide a welcoming environment for visitors, residents and staff.

Your administration duties will be providing quality operational administration support as directed and in conjunction with the management staff of the facility. This is a very rewarding position, where you will be invaluable in the day to day lives of those you encounter. You will be supported in your role by a fantastic inclusive Manager and positive team culture.

About you

• Experience working in a role where you have utilised and demonstrated strong skills in Administration
• Experience working in a role where you have utilised and demonstrated strong skills in Customer Service
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to adapt to new systems
• Able to provide proof of Covid Vaccination (2 doses)
• Holding a current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
