The position will be responsible for developing and providing effective injury and claims management and is required to work closely with Managers, HR Business Partners, other internal and external stakeholders, including the Insurer and Rehabilitation Providers, to achieve positive outcomes for the business and the injured worker. The position is also involved in providing advice and support for non-compensable injuries/illnesses and related matters.
If you are passionate about developing and managing safe, timely and proactive return to work plans for injured and/or ill employees, have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrated ability to successfully perform the role with a high level of autonomy, we would love to hear from you.
