Anglicare Victoria works with children, young people, families and caregivers providing a range of services to develop better futures. Our services include residential care, out of home care, youth programmes and family services. We also provide support to the community through bushfire relief, financial wellness, gambler’s help and victim assistance.

The North Central Region reaches from Mildura to Kyneton and from Horsham to Wangaratta. The regional office is located in Bendigo, however this role may operate out of Bendigo, Mildura, Kyneton, Swan Hill or Mildura.

The Role

The Regional Development Manager is a key leadership role within North Central and they will drive business development, service growth and innovation, strategic relationship management and champion reform within the sector. This will be achieved by working in close collaboration with the Regional Director, the Regional Management Team, of which this role is a member, and through the development of strong relationships with relevant Government Departments, Agencies and individuals.

This role requires an innovative and strategic approach and a Comprehensive understanding of the human service delivery system, with particular reference to services for families and children in out of home care. The successful candidate will also possess a strong business acumen, highly developed people and communication skills and relevant tertiary qualifications.
